Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Court in Matiari, Sindh invites sealed e-tenders for a specialized project focused on the rehabilitation, renovation, and electrical work for female litigant facilities within the Judicial Complex. This government project aims to improve essential infrastructure, specifically targeting the Waiting Room, Family Meeting Room, and the installation of separate washrooms equipped with vanity units. The comprehensive scope of work includes essential civil works such as demolition, masonry, plastering, floor and wall tiling, and professional painting. Additionally, the project encompasses complete water supply and sanitary installations alongside detailed electrical work involving wiring, fans, LED lighting, and circuit breakers. The estimated cost for this renovation is 6.00 Million Rupees. Prospective bidders must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board, possess a valid National Tax Number, and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in categories CE01, CE09, or CE10. Furthermore, a local Electrical Inspectorate License for the Hyderabad Region is mandatory. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA e-Procurement system no later than 12:30 PM on 18 May 2026.
