he Communication and Works Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the critical maintenance and repair of the Lahore High Court facility for the 2025-26 fiscal year. This project specifically entails the comprehensive operation and maintenance of the 11-KV electrical network and panels located at the High Court premises. The scope of work includes the routine checking, troubleshooting, and repair of HT and LT panels, transformers, RMUs, and VCB panels, as well as the daily management of electrical complaints and the upkeep of generators and earthing systems. With an estimated project cost of 11.902 million Rupees, the department requires specialized technical expertise to ensure uninterrupted power services. Interested bidders must be duly enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above, holding specialized codes EE04, EE05, and EE11. Additionally, firms must demonstrate financial stability with an average annual turnover exceeding 60 percent of the work outlay. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026.
