The Walled City of Lahore Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites Expression of Interest from PTA approved Communication Service Providers for an extensive urban development project titled Comprehensive Infrastructure Improvement and Rehabilitation involving underground electric and telecom works. This initiative aims to modernize the utility infrastructure within the historic walled city area through competitive bidding. Interested contractors registered with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority must participate through the EPADS system by submitting their requisite information and technical proposals online. The procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Punjab rules. All interested service providers must ensure their scanned proposals are uploaded to the e-procurement portal no later than 02:00 PM on 15 May 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM. Please note that manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances and response times are calculated based on the publication date of 28 April 2026 on the PPRA website.
