Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Engineering Council in Islamabad, Federal Government invites applications for the pre-qualification of reputable and experienced firms, vendors, and service providers. This procurement process covers a wide range of requirements for the PEC Headquarter in Islamabad as well as its regional offices in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, and Multan. The scope includes twelve distinct categories such as air ticket reservation, office and computer stationery, media and security services, HR consultancy, event management, and courier services. Additionally, the council seeks providers for medicine and pharmaceuticals, record pulping, archiving and digitization, fumigation, and professional surveyors for valuation and risk assessment. Interested parties must submit their proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the relevant category. Bidders who previously applied against the January 2026 advertisement for certain categories do not need to reapply. All pre-qualification documents must be submitted to the PEC Head Office at Ataturk Avenue East, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad no later than 02:00 PM on 18 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 02:30 PM on the same day.
