Description / Scope of Work
The District and Sessions Court in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders from eligible bidders for the purchase of machinery for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The scope of work includes the procurement and delivery of 25 wall-mounted 2.0-ton heat and cool DC inverter air conditioners, 25 three-tap electric water dispensers with storage cabinets, 20 compact single-door refrigerators of approximately 110-liter capacity, and 20 solo microwave ovens for heating purposes. The total estimated cost of this project is approximately 9.5 million Rupees. Interested firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically via the EPADS portal. Bidders are required to provide a five percent bid security amounting to 475,000 Rupees. Evaluation will follow a single-stage, two-envelope procedure, requiring a minimum technical score of 75 marks for qualification. All bids must be submitted through the designated electronic system by 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026, after which they will be opened for technical appraisal.
