Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Faisalabad invites sealed bids for the purchase of air conditioning units (1.5 ton capacity) and almirahs (4 ton capacity) under PPRA Rules using a single-stage two-envelope procurement method. The tender reference is 192-SS/2026 with an estimated total value of Rs. 42,40,000. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) portal. The estimated procurement value is based on a bid security requirement of Rs. 2,12,000, representing 5 percent of the total estimated price. Delivery is required on F.O.R basis inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. All bidders must participate through the mandatory Punjab E-Procurement System; offline submissions are not permitted.
Bidders must submit a Bid Security (CDR) of Rs. 2,12,000 (5 percent of estimated price) in person or via courier before 11:00 A.M on the opening date. Failure to submit the CDR will result in automatic rejection of the bid. Technical bids will be evaluated on the same day at 11:30 A.M in the presence of the purchase committee and firm representatives. Tender rates remain valid for 90 days from the last submission date. Upon award, the successful bidder must provide Performance Security as per contract terms. Only bidders registered with relevant authorities and meeting standard eligibility criteria are permitted to participate.
Bidding documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk), and the Board's website (www.bisefsd.edu.pk). Tender opening will occur on 06-08-2026 at 11:00 A.M following CDR verification, with technical bid opening immediately thereafter at 11:30 A.M.
