Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Engineering Council in Islamabad, Federal Government invites applications for the pre-qualification of reputable and experienced firms, vendors, and service providers. This procurement process aims to establish a panel of qualified entities for various goods, accessories, works, and services required at the PEC Headquarter in Islamabad as well as its regional offices in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, and Multan. The scope of requirements is broad, covering twelve distinct categories including air ticket reservation, office and computer stationery, media and security services, HR consultancy, event management, and courier services. Additional categories include the supply of medicine, record archiving, digitalization, and fumigation services. Applicants must submit their sealed proposals for one or more categories by 02:00 PM on 18 May 2026 at the PEC Head Office. The bidding documents, which contain full terms and conditions, are accessible via the PEC and PPRA websites. All pre-qualification bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in compliance with PPRA Rules.
