Description / Scope of Work
The University of Rasul in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced firms for the procurement of a Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectrometer. This high-precision scientific instrument is required as part of a project to provide infrastructural, academic, and operational facilities at the university’s campus located on Sarai Alamgir Road. The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of a benchtop ATR-FTIR Spectrophotometer with a spectral range of 400 to 4000 cm-1 and a monolithic diamond crystal. The total estimated cost for this procurement is approximately 7.5 million Rupees. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including NTN and GST, and must demonstrate a minimum average annual turnover of 10 million Rupees over the last three years. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure conducted through the EPADS system. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the Punjab EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026, accompanied by a 2 percent bid security.
