Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Engineering Council in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed pre-qualification applications from reputable and experienced firms, vendors, and service providers for a wide range of goods and services. This procurement cycle covers requirements for the PEC Headquarter in Islamabad as well as its regional offices in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, and Multan. The scope includes twelve distinct categories such as air ticket reservation, office and computer stationery, media and security services, HR consultancy, event management, and courier services. Additionally, applications are sought for pharmaceutical supplies, record pulping, archiving and digitalization, fumigation, and professional surveyors for valuation and risk assessment. Interested parties must submit separate sealed proposals for their chosen categories, which will be opened at the PEC Head Office on 18 May 2026 at 2:30 PM. All submissions must comply with PPRA Rules and be delivered by the 2:00 PM deadline on the same day.
