The Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of Drugs and Medicines under a Framework Contract for the fiscal year 2026-27. This comprehensive tender covers the pharmaceutical requirements for both the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology and the NSCC Samli in Murree. The scope of supply includes a vast array of medical essentials ranging from cardiovascular medications and antibiotics to anesthetics and intravenous fluids. Prospective bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and must submit their proposals through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). A mandatory bid security of 2 percent of the total estimated cost is required in the form of a CDR or Bank Draft. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 9 May 2026 to address technical queries and clarify project specifications.
