Description / Scope of Work
The District and Sessions Court in Matiari, Sindh invites sealed bids for the rehabilitation, renovation, and electrical work of female litigant facilities located within the Judicial Complex. This government project aims to improve essential infrastructure, including the family meeting room, waiting room, and separate washrooms equipped with vanity and nursing facilities. The estimated cost for the complete scope of work is approximately 6.00 million Rupees. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories such as CE09, CE10, and EE04, and must also hold active registrations with the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board. Additionally, a valid electrical inspectorate license for the Hyderabad region is required for the electrical components of the project. The procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure, requiring both technical and financial proposals to be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement portal. All bids must be accompanied by a five percent bid security and must be submitted no later than 12:30 PM on 18 May 2026
