The Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) DHA City Karachi in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the construction of two farmhouses located in Sector-01. The project specifically involves the balance works for FH#16, which covers 3000 square yards, and FH#198, which covers 2000 square yards. This procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure and is open to eligible contractors and firms holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for the year 2025-26 under category C6 with specialization codes CE-09 and CE-10. Interested parties must be on the active taxpayer list to participate. Bid documents are available for a non-refundable fee of 2,000 Rupees starting from 05 May 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 12 May 2026 at the DHAC Secretariat to address technical queries. Final sealed bids, accompanied by a 2% bid security in the form of a pay order, must be delivered to the Technical and Contract Section no later than 1430 hours on 18 May 2026, with the public bid opening occurring shortly after at 1500 hours.
