The Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the construction of balance works for two farmhouses of 2000 square yards each, specifically FH-43 and FH-46 located in Sector-01 at DHA City Karachi. This project requires eligible contractors or firms to hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for the year 2025-2026 under Category C6 with Specification Codes CE-09 and CE-10. Interested bidders must be on the active taxpayer list to participate. Bid documents are available starting 06 May 2026 from the Technical and Contract Section upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 2000 Rupees. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13 May 2026 at the DHAC Secretariat to address queries. All original sealed bids, accompanied by a 2 percent bid security in the form of a pay order, must be delivered by 1430 hours on 19 May 2026. Bids will be opened publicly at 1500 hours on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives.
