The Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the construction of two 2000 square yard farmhouses, specifically FH-146 and FH-148, along with remaining balance works located in Sector-01 of DHA City Karachi. This project is open to eligible contractors and firms holding a valid PEC registration for the year 2025-26 in the C6 category with CE-09 and CE-10 specification codes. Interested participants must be on the active taxpayer list to qualify for the bidding process. Tender documents can be acquired from the Technical and Contract Section at DHA City Karachi upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 2,000 Rupees. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11 May 2026 to address technical queries. Final sealed bids, accompanied by a two percent bid security in the form of a pay order, must be submitted by 1430 hours on 14 May 2026. The formal bid opening will take place shortly after at 1500 hours on the same day.
