Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) in Lahore, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of general contractors for the construction of the Convention Center in Lahore. This significant infrastructure project involves the construction of buildings and comprehensive infrastructure development requiring the deployment of all necessary materials, labor, and machinery. The estimated cost for this procurement is approximately 4870 million Rupees, covering a substantial area of 284,334 square feet. Applicants must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the CA category to be eligible for consideration. This procurement is conducted strictly through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) EPADS portal in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Interested firms must be registered on EPADS to participate. Detailed requirements and terms are available on the official websites. All pre-qualification proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system no later than 11:00 AM on 08 June 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 01:30 PM on the same day.
