The University of Sufism and Modern Sciences (USMS) in Bhitshah, Sindh invites sealed e-tenders for the upgradation of its Conference Hall for the financial year 2025-26. This comprehensive project includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of a digital conference system featuring a chairman unit, nine desktop delegate microphones, and a central controller. The procurement also covers a high-fidelity sound system with a 240W mixer amplifier, cabinet loudspeakers, and gooseneck microphones. Additional requirements include five 19-inch LED monitors with table stands, HDMI splitters, and extensive concealed electric work with high-quality copper wiring. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR and SECP, possess ISO 9001 or 45001 certification, and demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least 10 million Rupees over the last three years. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal by 10:30 AM on 19 May 2026, accompanied by a bid security of 200,000 Rupees. The project has a strict completion period of one month from the issuance of the work order.
