Description / Scope of Work
The Building Division GB C&WD Gilgit in Gilgit, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the construction of a new hall and an additional room at the existing Directorate of Industries Labours & Commerce Office located on KIU Road. This project is being carried out under the Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) procedure and is open to eligible firms and contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C6 and above for the year 2025-26. The estimated construction cost for this work is 2,966,900 PKR. Interested bidders must provide a 2% earnest money deposit of 59,338 PKR in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and pay a non-refundable tender form fee of 4,000 PKR via treasury challan. Bidders are also required to submit a no-litigation certificate and a valid renewal receipt for the works department. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted by the closing deadline of 10:00 AM on 19 May 2026, with the official bid opening scheduled for 10:30 AM on the same day.
