The Tehsil Municipal Administration Garhi Kapoora in Mardan, KPK invites e-bids for the fabrication of a super structure for a 1-1.5 M3 mini dumper or mini tipper. This project involves the fabrication of solid waste machinery, where the chassis will be supplied by the TMA. Reputed manufacturers and suppliers must hold valid NTN, KPRA, and renewed PEC registrations, along with a valid LCB license and established 3S facilities for sales, service, and spare parts within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Preference will be given to firms with workshops located in District Mardan or near the TMA office. Bidding follows the single stage two envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. Interested firms must submit technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal and provide a non-refundable tender fee of 5,000 Rupees to the TMA office by 17 May 2026. Bids must also include a 2% earnest money deposit in the form of a CDR. The final deadline for the submission of tender documents is 12:00 PM on 18 May 2026.
