For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a one-off specialized fabrication contract for converting Toyota Hiace vans into ambulances with a budget of Rs. 2.0 million. The tender requires manufacturers with established legal and tax registration. Notably, bid security must come exclusively from Bank of Punjab, which may limit participation. The tight deadline (closing 7 August 2026) and specific bank requirement suggest a straightforward procurement, but fabricators should verify their BOP banking relationship before bidding.
Who can bid: Bidders must be recognized and experienced manufacturers registered with respective legal and tax authorities. Typically for such fabrication contracts, bidders require SECP registration (for private companies) or relevant business registration, valid NTN, and GST registration. The notice requires bid security exclusively from Bank of Punjab.
