Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Sheringal in Sheringal, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the fabrication of specialized solid waste machinery. This procurement includes the supply and fabrication of one front-end loader and backhoe for a tractor, two 1.5M3 mini tippers for Changan Sherpa pickups, and two tractor trolleys. The project is funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the chassis for the machinery will be provided by the TMA. Eligible manufacturers, fabricators, and suppliers must possess valid NTN, GST, and PEC registrations, along with a 3S facility (Sale, Service, and Spare parts) within the province. The bidding process follows a single-stage two-envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are required to submit an original 2 percent bid security in the form of a CDR in favor of the TMO TMA Sheringal. All electronic bids must be uploaded through the EPADS portal no later than 1:30 PM on 19 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 2:00 PM on the same day.
