Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Executive Engineer in Mohmand, KPK invites electronic bids through the EPADS system for various maintenance and repair projects within the district. The procurement includes the annual operating maintenance and repair (AOM&R) of the District and Sessions Judge office building, specifically focusing on facilitation areas for female litigants and children. Additionally, the tender covers special repairs to all residential and non-residential government buildings within the Building Division Mohmand for the 2025-26 fiscal year. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above and be active with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bidders quoting rates more than ten percent below the engineer's estimate must provide additional security as per KPPRA rules. Detailed rate analysis is required for bids exceeding twenty percent below the estimate. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 12:30 PM on 19 May 2026, with financial openings scheduled for 1:00 PM the same day
