Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineer Services, specifically the Office of CMES (Army) GHQ in Rawalpindi, Federal Government, invites sealed tenders for a comprehensive range of maintenance and renovation projects across various military directorates and buildings. The scope of work includes miscellaneous repairs for B&R and E&M sectors, renovation of Building Numbers 1, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 23, and specialized services for the Army Auditorium. Additional projects involve the maintenance of generator sets and firefighting pumps, road construction including footpaths and sewerage systems, and roof treatment for leakage and seepage. Security-related works such as the provision of road barriers, blockers, and electrical security installations are also included. All works are to be executed at various locations under the jurisdiction of CMES (Army) GHQ, including the MS Branch, AG Branch, and Sig Directorate.
