Description / Scope of Work
The Office of CMES (Army) GHQ Rawalpindi in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed tenders for an extensive range of miscellaneous repair, maintenance, and renovation projects across various military directorates and buildings. This comprehensive procurement covers seventeen distinct categories of work, including B&R and E&M maintenance, renovation of specific building blocks, and services for Army Auditorium and Quartering and Land Directorates. The scope further extends to specialized tasks such as the maintenance of generator sets and firefighting pumps, road construction, sewerage systems, tensile sheds, and security-related installations like road barriers and blockers. Additionally, the works include leakage and seepage treatments, roof maintenance, electrical security works, and professional road marking and painting across the GHQ premises. These tenders are issued in accordance with PPRA Rule 13 of 2004, targeting specific locations such as the MI, ITD, and AG Directorates.
