Description / Scope of Work
The Mangla Dam Housing Authority in Mirpur, AJK invites e-bids in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules 36(a) from eligible firms and contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C) and having endorsement in C&W/PP&H Govt. AJ&K for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of work includes multiple projects across New Small Town Dudyal and New Small Town Siakh. Specific tasks include the unblocking and repairing of sewerage lines, cleaning and repairing of drains, repairing of footpaths, uprooting Surkanda, and jungle clearance. Estimated costs for these projects range from approximately 0.523 million to 1.355 million rupees. Eligible contractors must upload their technical profile in PDF format along with the letter of bid and BOQ on the E-Bidding Dashboard. A Bank Receipt or CDR showing proof of deposit of bid security must also be uploaded. Hard copies of the complete documents must be submitted in the office of the Deputy Director Building Control within 48 hours after the opening of the bids. The closing date for bid submission is 20 May 2026, at 11:00 AM. Incomplete submissions or incorrect information will lead to disqualification.
