Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineer Services, specifically the Office of CMES (Army) GHQ in Rawalpindi, Punjab, invites sealed tenders for a wide range of repair, maintenance, and renovation projects across General Headquarters facilities. This extensive procurement includes miscellaneous B&R and E&M works, building-specific renovations for buildings 1, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 23, and specialized services such as the maintenance of generator sets and fire-fighting pumps. The scope also covers civil works including road construction, sewerage, tensile sheds, and security-related projects like road barriers and electronic security installations. Additional tasks include roof leakage treatments, road marking, and maintenance within various directorates including MI, Inf, Arty, and the AG Branch. In accordance with PPRA Rule 13, these works are categorized into seventeen distinct lots to ensure comprehensive facility upkeep. All tenders are processed under the authority of CMES (Army) GHQ to maintain operational readiness and structural integrity at various locations within the military complex.
