Description / Scope of Work
The Ayub Teaching Hospital in Abbottabad, KPK invites sealed bids from eligible firms for a wide range of developmental and procurement projects. The scope of work includes the construction of a family park, renovation and upgradation of the main canteen, and various maintenance and repair (M&R) works covering both electrical and non-electrical requirements. Additionally, the hospital is seeking bids for the making of a new incinerator site, distempering and painting of interlink corridors, and the supply of X-RAY, MRI, and CT scan films. Commercial opportunities also exist for the operation of a barber shop, various tuck shops, and a dairy and vegetable shop within the residential area. Technical procurement includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of integrated AV/IT solutions for conference halls and the BOG secretariat. Bid security ranges from 2% of the bid to fixed amounts or rent-based deposits depending on the category. All bidding processes will be conducted via the KP-EPADS system.
