Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Dina in Dina, Punjab invites sealed bids for the beautification and development of the Main Bazar Dina along with other allied works. This significant urban improvement project has an estimated cost of 57.5 million Rupees and encompasses a wide range of civil, electrical, and aesthetic enhancements. The scope of work includes the dismantling of existing structures, the installation of high quality cobble stone tuff pavers, gutka cladding, and the provision of modern street furniture such as fancy benches, movable dust bins, and RCC flower pots. Furthermore, the project involves the fabrication of mild steel works and the erection of tensile sheds for local shops to ensure a uniform and professional appearance. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and maintain active status with the FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority. All procurement will be handled through the e-PADS system, and a bid security of 2.875 million Rupees is required. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically by 12:00 PM on 19 May 2026
