The Office of the Resident Engineer, Special Project, Sindh House Islamabad in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the maintenance and repair of the Sindh House Murree. This project specifically focuses on repairing works for the Governor Annexee, encompassing both civil works and the provision of furniture. With an estimated cost of 3 million Rupees, the scope includes removing doors and chowkhats, scraping and preparing wall surfaces, applying lacquer polish to ornamental wood, and installing gypsum board false ceilings. Additional technical requirements involve the provision of stone plastic composite flooring, decorative heavy curtains, and plastic emulsion painting. The electrical component of the tender includes the installation of internet wifi services and Nespresso equipment. Eligible bidders must demonstrate three years of experience in similar government works, maintain a minimum turnover of 100 million Rupees over the last three years, and hold a valid PEC registration of Category C-4 or above.
