Description / Scope of Work
The Works Directorate (National University of Science & Technology (NUST)) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed e-bids for specialized civil works involving security enhancement at Gate-9 (NCLS&C) of the NUST H-12 Campus. The scope of work encompasses the supply and installation of safety grills using MS pipe, the dismantling and refixing of panel gates including wicket gates and bottom wheels, and the provision of manual drop arms using MS round pipe. This procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection technique. Eligible bidders must be registered with NADRA, FBR, and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). A bid security of 2% is required alongside a non-refundable tender fee of 3,000 Rupees. Interested parties must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 system to participate, as manual submissions will not be entertained. The deadline for the electronic submission of technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal is 02:00 PM on 03 June 2026, with opening scheduled for 02:30 PM the same day
