The Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited in Karachi, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the procurement of Political Violence Reinsurance Coverage on behalf of Pak Arab Refinery Limited. This high-value procurement, identified under contract ID P28988, seeks comprehensive reinsurance for property damage and business interruption with a total sum insured exceeding 5 billion US dollars. The scope includes a combined single loss limit of 361 million US dollars for property and business loss events. Eligibility is strictly limited to international reinsurance brokers who demonstrate an annual premium placement volume of at least 500 million US dollars and can provide a lead reinsurer with a minimum A rating from recognized global agencies. The selection will follow a single stage two envelope procedure based on the least cost selection method. Interested and qualified international firms must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal.
