Description / Scope of Work
The Information Technology & Innovation Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the procurement of human resource services under a framework contract for the years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The scope of work involves providing skilled and unskilled personnel across five distinct lots, including 07 Drivers, 02 Dak Runners, 10 Naib Qasids, 03 Sanitary Workers, and 03 Chowkidars. These resources will support the department's operations at the Central Business District near Kalma Chowk. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, including FBR and PRA, and must be active on the e-Procurement System (EPADS). Eligibility criteria include five years of operational history and evidence of similar completed assignments. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required for each lot, with the total estimated budget for all lots approximately 21.85 million Rupees. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, followed by a public bid opening shortly thereafter.
