The Punjab Health Initiative Management Company in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed proposals for the hiring of a reputable legal firm on a retainership basis for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement follows a single-stage, one-envelope procedure to secure comprehensive legal services, including litigation management, legal advisory, and contract vetting to support the company’s administrative and operational mandates. Eligible legal firms must be registered with the relevant Bar Councils and tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority, while maintaining an active taxpayer status. Bidders are required to demonstrate significant experience in corporate law and public sector legal frameworks. Detailed technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the Request for Proposal document and submitted to the company’s office in Gulberg III.
