Description / Scope of Work

The National University of Sciences and Technology in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the supply and delivery of various IT equipment for its School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. The procurement includes high-performance computer systems, uninterruptible power supplies, 98-inch smart interactive LED screens, CCTV cameras, and wireless pointers. This tender follows a single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible bidders must be authorized suppliers, original equipment manufacturers, or distributors with active taxpayer status and valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue. Proposals must include a bid security equal to 3% of the total quoted value and a non-refundable processing fee of 5,000 Rupees. Technical evaluations will be conducted on an item-wise basis, requiring a minimum score of 70% for financial consideration. All items must include a minimum one-year warranty and a commitment to five years of after-sales support and spare parts availability. Bids must be uploaded to the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the SMME Conference Room
