The Special Technology Zones Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the implementation of Phase-2: Incentive Transition and Ecosystem Strengthening Program. This high-priority initiative aims to bolster the technology ecosystem in Pakistan by refining incentive frameworks and strengthening support structures for technology zones. Reputed firms that are actively registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List are eligible to apply. Bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically through the EPADS portal, as hard copy submissions will not be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11 May 2026 at 11:30 AM in the STZA committee room to address technical queries. Interested parties must also provide an earnest money deposit of 3,000,000 Rupees in the form of a pay order along with a prescribed affidavit. All technical and financial proposals must be uploaded to the EPADS system no later than 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, with the official bid opening taking place shortly thereafter at 11:30 AM.
