Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of LED street lights to enhance the infrastructure of the industrial estate. This tender is open to all qualified suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and authorized dealers who are duly registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and maintain an active status on the Tax Payers list. The procurement process is being conducted on a single stage one envelope basis in strict accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested participants are required to register and submit their bids electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. A mandatory bid security of 168,264 Rupees, representing two percent of the estimated cost, must be provided in the form of a Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Pay Order. All completed and signed bidding documents must be uploaded to the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the official bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
