Description / Scope of Work
The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpur in Mirpur, Federal Government invites sealed bids from registered firms and authorized partners for the deployment of a state-of-the-art resilient energy infrastructure. This project involves the complete installation and commissioning of a Hybrid Power Solution for the organization's Data Center to ensure 24/7 uptime and operational efficiency. The scope of work includes the supply of two 10 kW hybrid inverters, a 40 kWh lithium battery bank, and a 25 kVA silent diesel generator with ATS panel and auto-start capability. Bidding follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2017. Interested bidders must provide a bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a CDR and must not be blacklisted by any government organization. All equipment must include comprehensive warranties, ranging from two to five years depending on the component. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Secretary's office by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
