Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Rural Development Department in Dera Ismail Khan, KPK invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for various development schemes funded through VCNC savings for the year 2025-26. The scope of work includes the construction of PCC streets, drainage systems, and culverts, as well as the installation of solar-powered street lights and hand pumps across different Village and City Neighborhood Councils. These projects aim to improve the basic infrastructure and sanitation facilities within the local communities of Dera Ismail Khan. Eligible bidders must be enlisted with the Local Government Department and possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority for the current financial year. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately as per the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Detailed tender documents, including the specific list of schemes and technical requirements, can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the department office no later than the deadline of 21 May 2026.
