The Civil Aviation Training Institute (CATI) - Pakistan Airports Authority in Hyderabad, Sindh invites sealed bids for the provision of professional consultancy services for the construction of a new ATC Training Complex. This high-priority infrastructure project follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and is open to reputable consulting firms with significant experience in civil engineering and architectural design for specialized training facilities. The scope of work includes comprehensive design, technical supervision, and project management to ensure the successful completion of the Air Traffic Control training center. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant professional bodies and tax authorities, including being active on the Federal Board of Revenue's list. All proposals, consisting of separate technical and financial envelopes, must be prepared in accordance with the terms of reference and submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Submissions must be received no later than 11:00 AM on 29 April 2026, where they will be evaluated based on both technical merit and financial feasibility.
