Provision of Sewerage line / Drainage system and PCC Streets In Muhallah Noor Al Islam Attock Cantt

The Military Lands and Cantonments Department in Attock, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the provision of a new sewerage line and drainage system, alongside the construction of PCC streets in Muhallah Noor Al Islam, Attock Cantonment. The project scope encompasses essential civil works including excavation, the laying of high-quality sewerage pipes, construction of manholes, and the laying of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) to ensure durable street paving and improved local sanitation. This procurement follows a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure and is being managed via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible contractors must be registered with the Military Lands and Cantonments Department and hold a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for the 2025-26 financial year. Furthermore, participating firms must be active taxpayers with valid NTN and PNTN registrations. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than the submission deadline of 26 May 2026.
