Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the hiring of annual services for the testing of sewerage and waste water. As a subsidiary of the State Bank of Pakistan, the corporation requires comprehensive laboratory analysis of effluent samples to ensure compliance with environmental quality standards throughout the year. The scope of work includes regular sampling, testing of chemical and biological parameters, and the provision of detailed technical reports. Eligible service providers must be registered with the relevant environmental protection agencies and tax authorities, including the FBR and Sindh Revenue Board. Bidding is conducted through a Single Stage One Envelope procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically along with the required bid security. All completed submissions must be received through the EPADS portal no later than the deadline of 19 May 2026 to be considered for this annual service contract.
