Description / Scope of Work
The Gomal Medical College (MTI) Dera Ismail Khan in Dera Ismail Khan, KPK invites sealed tenders for the management and operation of several campus facilities for the financial year 2026/2027. This procurement is conducted on a Single Stage One Envelope basis and includes three distinct contracts: the campus canteen along with four attached shops, the Student Mess, and an additional block of three shops. These facilities serve the students and staff of the Medical Teaching Institution, providing essential food and retail services. Interested parties must submit separate tenders for each contract via courier or registered post to the undersigned's office. Detailed terms and conditions for each tender can be obtained from the college office during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 per document. All bids must reach the office by 10:30 AM on 02 June 2026, and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the college Conference Room in the presence of the bidders. The contracts will officially commence from the date specified in the award letter
