Rehabilitation Work of Control House Building and Supply Yard at GDS by HAZECO

HAZECO invites sealed competitive bids for rehabilitation work of control house building and supply yard at the Gawalmandi Oil & Gas Distribution Station (GDS) in Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The project, referenced as NCB-04-05-06/2026-27, encompasses structural repairs, construction of watch tower enclosure, renovation of control house building and sewerage and solid drainage enclosure for the facility, with an estimated cost of PKR 13,291,538.96. The scope includes comprehensive rehabilitation aimed at restoring critical operational infrastructure at this strategic distribution station serving the region. Eligibility is open to contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the 2026-27 financial year, with demonstrated experience in similar rehabilitation and construction projects. Bidders must submit complete documentation including PPRA registration, PEC certificate, and financial resources proof such as bank statements showing liquid funds or government-issued enterprise certifications. The bidder shall possess a clean track record with less than fifty percent (50%) default history of the contract value, along with relevant experience in comparable work orders, contract agreements, and compliance certificates. Bidders are required to hold independent financial certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) for the last five years.
