Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Works and Implementation under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites technical and financial bids for the procurement of gym and fitness equipment, cricket ground equipment, and furniture. This project is part of the ADP Scheme for the development and rehabilitation of sports facilities across the province. Specific requirements include furnishing the Hayatabad Sports Complex in Peshawar and the DI Khan Sports Complex. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR, hold valid NTN and GST certificates, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13 May 2026, and all electronic submissions must be completed through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026. Bidders are also required to submit a 2% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in both hard and soft formats.
