Description / Scope of Work
The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (AJK BISE) Mirpur invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a state-of-the-art Hybrid Power Solution for its Data Center. This project is designed to ensure 24/7 operational uptime and digital security for academic data. The scope of work includes the provision of two 10 kW Hybrid Inverters (Inverex Nitrox or equivalent), a robust Lithium Battery Storage system (10-15 kWh), and a 20 kVA Soundproof Diesel Generator with ATS panel and auto-start capability. The procurement follows a Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure in accordance with AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017. Eligible bidders must be registered firms or authorized partners, provide a bid security of 500,000 PKR, and offer comprehensive warranties (up to 5 years for battery systems). Bids must be delivered to the Secretary of AJK BISE Mirpur by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
