Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer of the Chitral Irrigation Division, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids for the construction of solar-based irrigation tube wells under ADP No. 2107-250220. The project includes multiple sub-works involving civil works for tube wells in District Chitral (Upper) and District Chitral (Lower), covering areas such as NA-01, PK-01, and PK-02. This procurement is conducted through a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2025-26 in Category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-09(ii) and CE-10(i). Additionally, bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and maintain an active NTN with the FBR. A 2% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 11:30 AM on 20 May 2026, with the opening of bids scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day.
