Description / Scope of Work
The Assistant Director of LG&RDD District Khyber invites sealed tenders for infrastructure improvement and beautification projects in Bara (PK-70) under ADP No. 946/251053. The scope of work includes two main sub-projects: the construction of street pavements, drains, tuff tiles, solar lights, washrooms, waiting areas, and footpaths at Madrasa Stop Bara, and similar uplifting activities including the renovation of shops in Speen Dand. This procurement follows a Single Stage Double Envelope procedure conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Bidders are required to submit a 2% bid security and additional security where applicable. All electronic technical and financial bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal no later than 12:00 PM on 19 May 2026, with technical bid opening scheduled for 12:30 PM the same day.
