Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division of Kohat, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids for the solarization of five pressure pumps located at various sites within UC Lachi. This project is funded under the MOL CSR programme and aims to convert existing water pumping infrastructure to solar power for improved sustainability and reduced operational costs. The procurement follows a Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, and EE-11 (Solar). Additionally, firms must hold valid registrations with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), FBR (Active NTN and STRN), and possess an Electric Contractor License (Class-E). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14 May 2026, and all technical and financial proposals must be submitted via the EPADS portal no later than 21 May 2026.
