Description / Scope of Work
The District Officer Social Welfare, Special Education & Women Empowerment Department in Karak, supported by the Kohat Division Development Project, invites tenders for the procurement of various productive assets aimed at providing sustainable livelihoods for the underprivileged. This tender, conducted under KPPRA Rules 2014, includes 11 diverse lots: Printing and Composing Tools, Steel Fabrication Shop equipment, Barber Shop Tools, Rural Grocery Shop supplies, Stitching Units, Tri-Motorcycles, Motor Cycle Mechanic Workshop tools, Mechanical Tools, Solar Installer Toolkits, Beauty Parlor Equipment, and Oil Extraction Machines. The procurement is managed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR/Sales Tax) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Bidders are required to submit a 2% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) for their respective lots. All electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 01 June 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
