Interested bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax departments. A bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated price for each item must be submitted in the form of a call deposit. Detailed specifications and tender documents can be collected from the office during standard business hours. All technical and financial bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 23 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of the purchase committee.
