Description / Scope of Work
The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpur in Mirpur, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the deployment of a state of the art resilient energy infrastructure for its Data Center. This project involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of a comprehensive hybrid power solution to ensure 24/7 operational uptime and the security of academic data. The scope of work includes providing two 10 kW hybrid inverters, twelve high capacity lithium batteries with a total of 60 kWh storage, and a 20 kVA soundproof diesel generator with an automatic transfer switch. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017. Eligible bidders must be registered firms or authorized partners and are required to submit a bid security of 500,000 Rupees. Detailed bidding documents can be obtained for a non refundable fee of 2,000 Rupees. Bids must be delivered to the Secretary's office by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day
